The fourth Swedish national pension fund, AP4, is selling half its shares in property manager, Dombron Stakeholders, Global Pensions reports. Pension provider, AMF, will pay $63 million for the stake. Dombron is one of the largest owners and managers of residential properties in Sweden. The property manager has a portfolio valued at $954 million in Uppsala, Stockholm, Halmstad and Gothenburg.
