The Eyre Estate will put the St. John’s Wood Barracks up for sale for more than £225 million, Financial Times reports. The trust has appointed Knight Frank to market the multifamily property. The existing buildings will be demolished, apart from a riding school, which will be retained and converted into a gym and swimming pool for new residents, adds GlobeSt. Planning permission has been granted for 12 apartment blocks, eight semi-detached villas and seven terraced town houses.
