OTC Clearing Head Leaves RBS

John Wilson has left as managing director and global head of over-the-counter derivatives clearing at Royal Bank of Scotland as the bank reorganizes its futures business, as reported by Derivatives Week last week.

John Wilson has left as managing director and global head of over-the-counter derivatives clearing at Royal Bank of Scotland as the bank reorganizes its futures business, as reported by Derivatives Week last week. RBS has also merged its OTC derivatives clearing unit with its futures business and has named Jeremy Wright to head it. In addition, William Knottenbelt has been appointed global head of clearing and Fred Matt head of prime brokerage services.
