Global Ports is seeking to raise around $750 million in an initial public offering (IPO), Financial Times reports. The Russian port operator may list a 25% stake on the London Stock Exchange.
The company is looking for a valuation of $3 billion. The joint global coordinators and book-runners for the offering are Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Troika Dialog.
