Singapore-based hedge fund Dymon Asia Capital has added Rajesh Raman as its managing director, Bloomberg reports. The former Brevan Howard Asset Management portfolio manager will join the fastest-growing hedge fund in Singapore in December. Dymon’s assets stood at about $1.9 billion last month.
Raman will mainly concentrate on trading foreign exchange and rates. Previously, he managed an Asian macro portfolio for the Brevan Howard Master Fund and later became an adviser to the fund. Raman has also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Deutsche Bank and Rohatyn Group.
