Online retailer, Amazon, is planning to buy the remaining 42% stake it does not own in European movie rental service, Lovefilm, The Telegraph reports. The transaction will value the movie rental site at around £200 million.
Amazon merged its DVD rental businesses in the U.K. and Germany with Lovefilm in 2008. European venture capital firms, Arts Alliance Media, Balderton Capital, DFJ Esprit and Index Ventures, are the other investors in Lovefilm.
