Duke Street has appointed two new operating partners, Martin Robinson and Johanna Waterous, Financial News reports. Robinson serves as Chairman of leisure business, Centre Parcs U.K., while Waterous is working with Global Leisure Partners. The London-based private equity firm already has 10 operating partners. Duke Street pays its operating partners a retainer and offers them 5% of a portfolio company management’s share of the equity in an investment.
