Genstar Capital has promoted Roman Margolin and Eli Weiss as vice presidents of the firm. The duo has been promoted from the position of senior associates at the middle market private equity firm.
Margolin joined Genstar from Willis Stein & Partners, where he was an associate. Weiss joined from Hellman & Friedman, where he was an associate, and he has also worked for Greenhill & Company.
