Franklin Templeton Investments has rolled out a mixed asset fund investing in emerging markets, Financial Times reports. The Templeton Emerging Markets Balanced Fund, which is a split between emerging markets equities, will be managed by Mark Mobius and Michael Hasenstab. Mobius is executive chairman of the Templeton emerging markets group, while Hasenstab is co-director of the international bond department and a portfolio manager in the Franklin Templeton fixed income group, adds What Investment. The pair will be supported by senior investment managers from Franklin Templeton.
