Private equity firm, Lightyear Capital, is seeking to raise $1.1 billion for its investment fund, Reuters reports. The Lightyear Fund III has already raised $150 million through UBS Securities. The minimum investment required from new investors is $10 million. Lightyear Capital, led by former PaineWebber CEO Donald Marron, has managed $3 billion in committed capital since its creation.
