Temasek Holdings has completed the sale of its entire 8% stake in Kaisa Group Holdings, The Wall Street Journal reports. The divestment process of the Singapore state investment company’s stake in Kaisa Group will raise about $150 million.
Temasek sold 393.4 million of shares for $0.44 per share, adds FinanceAsia. Temasek, which bought the stake in 2007, owned the shares through a company, Baytree Investments.
