HSBC Alternative Investments has expanded its real estate team, Property Funds World reports. The financial services firm has named Caleb Mercer as associate director.
In his new role, Mercer will work under Paul Forshaw, director, head of real estate fund management. Most recently, he was working with JER Partners within the pan European acquisition team.
