Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, a European specialist bank, has extended a €143 million credit facility to institutional investors, Europe Real Estate reports. JPMorgan Asset Management advised on the refinancing of existing loans and on financing a planned project. The deal was completed on September 30.
The new financing would go to planned retail conversion works in Docks de Marseille, an office and retail trophy asset located in Euromediterranée, the Marseille sea front business district. Deutsche Pfandbriefbank is a specialist bank for real estate finance and public finance investment.
