Cinven and BC Partners have sold a combined 9.16% stake for €570 million in Spain’s Amadeus IT Holdings, Reuters reports. The shares owned by the private equity firms were offered through Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
The transaction included 20.5 million shares belonging to an entity controlled by Cinven and an equal amount of shares controlled by BC Partners. Following the deal, Cinven and BC Partners each retain a 3.42% stake in Amadeus.
