Chris Gilchrist, director of Winscombe-based independent financial adviser Churchill Investments, has quit the firm, FundWeb reports. He has left following disagreement with fellow director Jamie Ware over the direction the business should take. Gilchrist and Ware had divergent views on the execution of fee structure. Gilchrist founded Churchill in 1995 along with Ware and Mark Dampier, head of research at Hargreaves Lansdown.
