Warner Music is planning to auction its music publishing business or the entire group, Financial Times reports. The company is seeking bids from private equity groups and from its existing shareholder, Len Blavatnik.
Private equity groups led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts are also interested in the auction. Warner has hired Goldman Sachs and AGM Partners as advisers for the deal.
