LV= Asset Management (LVAM) has appointed Ian Harvey as its new head of institutional development, Professional Pensions reports. He is joining the asset manager from BNY Mellon Asset Management International, where he was head of pooled funds and defined contribution. In his previous role, Harvey was responsible for the $9 billion pooled fund business working with U.K. pension funds, charities and family offices. Prior to this, he was also associated with SG Asset Management, Invesco Asset Management, Fleming Asset Management and Gartmore Investment Management.
