Flint Investments has sold a stake in Italian cable maker, Prysmian, for €234 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The 7.4% stake, held by Flint, was sold by UniCredit to institutional investors. Flint received the shares earlier this year, when it sold Dutch cable maker, Draka, to Prysmian for €900 million, adds Reuters. Flint, the largest shareholder in Draka, tendered its 48.5% stake, and became Prysmian’s largest shareholder.
