The assets under management (AUM) of BMO Financial Group’s exchange-traded funds (ETFs) business have surpassed $3 billion less than two and a half years after the business was launched. In April, BMO ETFs AUM reached $2 billion.
BMO Asset Management, a portfolio manager and a separate legal entity from the Bank of Montreal, manages and provides administration services to BMO ETFs. In June 2009, the firm initially launched four funds, including the BMO Dow Jones Canada Titans 60 Index ETF and the BMO US Equity Index ETF.
