HedgeMark International has hired Richard Brueckner as non-executive chairman, HedgeWeek reports. He will also be a member of the executive committee of BNY Mellon and non-executive chairman of Pershing. As chairman, Brueckner will work with the board and HedgeMark’s management to form best practices. BNY Mellon, through its Pershing subsidiary, made an initial non-controlling investment in HedgeMark earlier this year with an option to fully consolidate its ownership over a five-year period.
