Location and navigation products and services provider, TomTom, is seeking to secure a credit facility worth €400 million. The new loan will comprise a €250 million term facility and a €150 million revolving credit facility. The maturity date of the new credit facilities is March 31, 2016. ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank International and Royal Bank of Scotland are the joint book-running lead arrangers for the transaction.
