Private equity groups, including CVC Capital Partners and 3i Group, have dropped out of the auction for Kondor, The Wall Street Journal reports. The latest dropout follows withdrawals by Hellman & Friedman and Warburg Pincus.
The trade processing and risk management unit being sold by Thomson Reuters is expected to fetch around $500 million from the sale. Barclays has been appointed to manage the auction.
