Kentucky-based venture firm, Chrysalis Ventures, has appointed Roy Ziegler as a venture partner. He will be based in San Francisco. Most recently, Ziegler served as an operating partner with San Francisco-based Health Evolution Partners. He has also served as a venture partner at Partech International. Prior to becoming an investor, Ziegler served as a board member and was part of the senior executive team at health care IT consulting firm, First Consulting Group, in California.
