Bank of America’s president, Sallie Krawcheck, has narrowed her search to appoint the firm’s brokerage chief, Bloomberg reports. She has shortlisted deputies including Andrew Sieg and John Thiel for the role.
Sieg runs the retirement services business at the bank, while Thiel is responsible for the private bank catering to high-net-worth individuals. The selected executive will replace Lyle LaMothe, who is scheduled to leave in May.
