Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) has rolled out a pooled fund platform, Professional Pensions reports. The Matching Plus platform provides pension schemes a flexible version of liability-driven investment. The platform also offers schemes flexibility to change investment strategies as their funding position alters over time. The schemes that invest in the platform will now be able to check the performance of their total investment portfolio against their liability payments.
