Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon Corp., has expanded its construction services group by the appointment of Paul Healy. He will be based in Boston and will be a part of the existing construction services group leadership team to guide strategic direction and executive customer support. Healy will be responsible for heading Aon’s national contract surety team, which helps contractors and corporations secure the credit facilities needed to reach operating goals. He will be reporting to Geoff Heekin, executive vice president and managing director of the firm’s construction services group. Previously, Healy was executive vice president and North American surety practice leader at the U.K. risk management and insurance intermediary Willis Group Holdings.
