New investors are continuing to enter the U.S. ETF market, IFA Online reports. One key reason for the move is that more and more advisers are offering ETF-only models to their clients. Another reason is the low cost of investing in an ETF. The flows into these funds have increased after periods of large volatility, said Ben Fulton managing director, head of global ETFs Invesco Powershares in Chicago, Illinois.
