Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has commenced an institutional share sale to raise about $74.2 million from investors.

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has commenced an institutional share sale to raise about $74.2 million from investors, The Wall Street Journal reports. The Indian hospital chain operator intends to use the sale proceeds to fund its expansion plans.

The shares will be priced in the range of $11.6-11.14 per share. Nomura Financial Advisory & Securities, Enam Securities and Citibank have been appointed to manage the share sale.
