LACERS Seeks Transition Managers

The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System is seeking to appoint a panel of transition managers.

The Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System (LACERS) is seeking to appoint a panel of transition managers, Pensions & Investments reports. The pension fund’s staff and general consultant Wilshire Associates will suggest up to three firms to form the new panel.

The existing transition managers for the system include State Street Global Advisors, Bank of New York Mellon, Merrill Lynch and Global Transition Solutions. The serving managers can rebid for the posts.
