Michael Lyons has quit as head of corporate development and strategic planning at Bank of America Corp.

Michael Lyons has quit as head of corporate development and strategic planning at Bank of America Corp. (BofA). During his tenure at BofA, he was involved in the repositioning of its balance sheet to help the company focus on its core operations and growth plans.

Lyons will be joining U.S. financial services corporation PNC Financial Services Group as head of corporate & institutional banking and will be reporting to William Demchak, senior vice chairman. He will be located in Pittsburg. Before joining BofA, Lyons has worked with investment advisor Maverick Capital as a principal.
