Carlyle Group is buying Japan’s N.I.C. Corp., which provides medical administrative and staffing services, The Wall Street Journal reports. The global private equity firm will pay a total of approximately $151 million for the acquisition. Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. will provide part of the financing for the deal, adds Reuters. The transaction will be held between September 20 and November 2.
