HFF, a provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services in the U.S., has completed the sale of Regents Park, a two-tower, multi-housing property in Chicago, Illinois.

HFF, a provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services in the U.S., has completed the sale of Regents Park, a two-tower, multi-housing property in Chicago, Illinois. The buyer, RP Holdings, paid $159 million for the asset and also took over the existing financing on the property.

HFF marketed the towers on behalf of the sellers who are members of the Crescent Heights group of companies. Crescent Heights is a set of associated single purpose entities that develop and sell high-rise multi-housing properties and hotels across the U.S.
