Silicon Valley venture capital firm, DCM, has unveiled a $100 million fund. The fund will invest in start-up companies linked to Google’s Android operating system.
The A-Fund is backed by Japanese investors, mobile carrier KDDI and mobile gaming network operator Gree, and Chinese internet company, Tencent. The initiative will create a network of top-tier startups and provide access to resources, relationships and business opportunities catered to the needs of Android related companies.
