LionRock Capital will stop taking investment from external investors.

LionRock Capital will stop taking investment from external investors, Bloomberg reports. The firm will only manage capital provided by the partners in a long-term fundamental investing manner, functioning as a family office or endowment model.

The total funds under management are valued at nearly $100 million, while the initial capitalization was $75 million. The Singapore hedge fund firm was started by TPG-Axon Capital Management’s founding partner Hari Kumar and Julian Snaith in 2009.
