BofA Appoints EMEA Prime Broker

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Charlotte Burkeman as a managing director and co-head of EMEA brokerage.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Charlotte Burkeman as a managing director and co-head of EMEA brokerage, Financial News reports. In her new position, Burkeman will work with Sean Capstick, who will now take on additional responsibilities as head of EMEA equity research sales. Both Burkeman and Capstick will work under John Addis, head of EMEA global markets financing and futures. Prior to this, Burkeman served as head of UBS’ prime brokerage business in EMEA. He has joined BofA along with Stuart Hendel, who was global head of prime brokerage at UBS, and Jonathan Yalmokas, who led the bank’s prime brokerage sales team in the U.S.
