German firm Hochtief, a provider of construction-related services, has sold an office complex in Mitte, Berlin to two church entities for €65.4 million, PropertyEU reports. The property is under construction and will have seven stories when complete.
The social division of the Protestant Church (Diakonisches Werk) and the Protestant Church Development Service (Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst) are the buyers of the property. They intend to shift into the complex in October next year after a merger.
