Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) and Wendel, two private- equity firms, are offering to sell a stake in electrical switch-maker Legrand for €590 million, Bloomberg reports. KKR is off-loading 11.3 million shares and Wendel 13 million shares which total approximately 9.2 percent of Legrand’s equity.
The shares of France-based Legrand are being offered for € 24 to € 24.3 each. The sale is being run by Societe Generale.
