Units of AEW Capital Management and Quadrangle Development are acquiring the National Press Club building in Washington DC for $167.5 million, GlobeSt reports. The property was bought by AEW on behalf of the AEW Core Property Trust (U.S.).
The real estate was purchased from Press Building. Quadrangle affiliates will continue to manage the property and also lease it. Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood, Jud Ryan and James Cassidy of Cassidy Turley managed the deal.
