Salvatore Ferragamo has set the price of its IPO at €9 per share, The Wall Street Journal reports. The IPO will value the Italian fashion house at €1.51 billion.
The designer shoes and bags maker received demands for 3.6 times the size of the issue. Mediobanca, JP Morgan Chase and Intesa Sanpaolo’s investment bank Banca IMI are managing the transaction.
