The Kansas Public Employees Retirement System has committed about $75 million to the UBS Trumbull Property Fund, IPE reports. The Trumbull fund, which invests in core office, industrial, retail and apartments in the U.S., is managed by UBS Realty Investors. The capital from Kansas PERS may take a year to get into the commingled fund, which had an entry queue of $2 billion at the end of 2010. Kansas PERS now has three investments in core open-ended commingled funds, including the LaSalle Property fund and the Prime Property Fund, managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate.
