Alternative Investment Group has promoted Chris Ayton to the position of partner. As one of seven equity partners at the firm, Ayton will continue to focus on identifying and evaluating European and Asian managers. Ayton has been serving the firm as director of investments since March 2008 and also serves on the firm’s six-person investment committee. Prior to this, he worked at Stamford Associates as head of manager research.
