SWS Group has rejected a $200 million takeover bid by Sterne Agee & Leach, The Wall Street Journal reports. SWS has declined the offer as it undervalues the company’s potential. Sterne Agee had offered $6.25 per share in cash for SWS, adds Reuters. SWS owns a bank and two broker-dealers.
