The Pensions Regulator has signed a £105 million deal with Capita Group, The Wall Street Journal reports. Capita Group will support the U.K. regulator’s direct interaction with employers for automatic enrolment of employees into workplace pension schemes which will be implemented in a phased manner from October 2012.
The seven-year contract can be further extended by the regulator for three years. Capita will be providing high-volume employer communications and transactional processes.
