The central bank of Italy, Bank of Italy, has hired two commercial real estate services companies to advise on the sale of a €300 million real estate portfolio, Bloomberg reports. Colliers International and Exit One have won the three-year contract from the central bank. An international strategic committee, including the head of investments of Colliers International group in London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam and Frankfurt will also participate in the sale process, adds PropertyEU. The portfolio consists of former bank branches and residential units distributed throughout Italy.
