The endowment fund of the University of Pennsylvania has raised 19 percent in the year ended June 30, Bloomberg reports. The gain was supported by the rising stock markets. The $6.58 billion fund raised an average of 4 percent annually for the three years ended June 30. The endowment, most of which is invested in the associated investments fund, gained across all asset classes over the past year.
