Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) has named Steve Gordon head of risk assessment and assurance. The appointment is with effect from November 28. The risk assessment and assurance unit identifies, monitors and manages, in conformity with best practices, the array of risks faced by New Zealand’s central bank.
Gordon has been working with Bank of New Zealand since 2002 as head of risk – business support and head of audit, New Zealand. Earlier in his career, he has held positions at WestpacTrust and National Bank of New Zealand.
