BTIG, a global financial services firm specializing in institutional trading and brokerage services, has strengthened its equity trading business. The firm has hired Francis Heine as managing director and international equities sales trader, Christopher Sula and Phil Dauber as managing director and U.S. equities trader, respectively, and Joseph Fragala as senior vice president and institutional sales trader.
Heine will be based in the firm’s Red Bank, New Jersey office, whereas Sula, Dauber and Fragala will be in New York. Previously, Heine was associated with Morgan Stanley, Sula with Knight Securities, Dauber with J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers, and Fragala with BGC Partners, Pali Capital and ING Barings.
