Och-Ziff Capital Management Group has posted results for the second quarter of 2011. The firm saw a GAAP net loss of $93.4 million in the second quarter of this year, compared with a GAAP net loss of $89.4 million in the second quarter of 2010.
Och-Ziff’s GAAP net loss in the second quarter of 2011 and first half primarily resulted from non-cash expenses of $399.3 million and $805.2 million. The firm’s distributable earnings for the second quarter of 2011 were $67.7 million, 19% more than $57 million in the second quarter of last year.
