The London Borough of Lewisham Superannuation Fund is seeking managers to run a passive multi-asset portfolio, Pensions & Investments reports. The mandate is estimated to be about £100 million and may increase to £600 million over time. At present, UBS Global Asset Management manages a passive U.K. equity portfolio valued at £125 million and also a £124 million active bonds strategy. AllianceBernstein and RCM run active global equities portfolios valued at £177 million and £169 million, respectively. The fund’s consultant Hymans Robertson is assisting in the search process and a decision is expected in the first quarter.
