The Coca-Cola Foundation has granted over $2 million to 20 organizations across the country during the second quarter. Nearly $1.6 million of the grant will be used to support education and youth development programs, $125,000 to support community programs and $100,000 to support a diversity and inclusion program. The John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library Foundation, Boston, the National Academy Foundation, New York, and the Tavis Smiley Foundation, Los Angeles, are some of the firms that received the grant. The recent allocation is part of over $8 million that the Coca-Cola Foundation has awarded to 51 organizations across the U.S. in 2011.
